Context switching is much easier if you have full ownership of the projects. The difficult part of context switching is taking into consideration the users, the pm, the ticket specs, previous code or features… That is why context switching with the agent in a couple of small personal projects is soo engaging and effortless, but trying to do the same with several production tasks is much more difficult and exhausting.
